Shipping Policy:
- *Flat rate shipping excludes Western Australia and Tasmania. WA & TAS residents will be contacted for shipping costs.
- Our products are packaged to protect the product during transit and comply with any relevant regulations for shipping.
- We strive to ship our products within 1-3 business days. If an order is placed early in a business day it usually ships out same day.
- Orders will not be processed on weekends or public holidays.
- We cannot ship to PO Boxes.
- We ship via courier platforms Shippit and Bigpost. You will receive shipping updates and delivery status directly from these companies. We also dispatch orders via Australia Post.
- If the authority to leave option is not selected and no one is present to receive the delivery, re-deliver fees can occur.
Shipping Damages:
- All products are inspected before being shipped, but damages may occur during shipping. If the product is received damaged, it must be reported to us within 24 hours. All boxes and packing material must be saved, as it is possible that the shipping company may want to inspect these materials. Upon receiving credit from the carrier, the product will be re-shipped.
- Of course, if the incorrect product is shipped, or the product is defective, we will correct it, please contact us as soon as possible.
